Established in 1993, located 3 miles from Heathrow Airport, SDL undertakes all types of manufacture, from simple Sub-assemblies to Complex, Complete product Design, Manufacture and Test.

SDL is ideally suited for Prototype to Medium Volume Production quantities. It's precision, flexible Surface Mount equipment is ideal for fast turnaround of complex multilayer PCB's, utilising the latest generation of Vapour Phase Reflow machines, to maximise reliability and minimise heat stress.

It's management and staff have extensive expertise in all types of electronic production techniques and comprehensive experience of Medical and Military regulatory requirements.

SDL is ISO 9001:2000 approved and it's computerised manufacturing system maintains complete traceability throughout manufacture, mandatory for Military, Medical and RoHS compliancy.
